Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Manager 24, operated by RD International. By using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

Manager 24 turns instructions you write in plain language into business documents and records — most commonly invoices. It formats documents to meet common invoicing requirements in several jurisdictions.

This is not tax or legal advice

This matters, so it is stated plainly. Manager 24 formats documents; it does not advise you. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your tax registration numbers, tax codes, rates, classifications and the figures on every document you issue. Check each document before you send it. We are not your accountant, and using this product does not discharge your obligations to any tax authority.

AI output can be wrong

The assistant interprets what you write and can misread you. It may pick a wrong rate, misunderstand an instruction, or produce an unexpected result. Review what it produces. Do not rely on it unchecked for anything that carries legal or financial consequence.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Do not use the service to break the law, issue fraudulent documents, or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend an account that does.

Your data is yours

You keep all rights to the business data and documents you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process that data in order to operate the service. You can export your data at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn. Free plans carry no availability commitment of any kind.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Prices exclude tax unless stated. You may cancel at any time and your plan runs until the end of the paid period. We do not generally give refunds for partial periods, but if something has clearly gone wrong on our side, write to us.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RD International is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you are on a free plan. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending it

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice in the product. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
