Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Manager 24 collects, why, and what you can do about it. Manager 24 is operated by RD International. If anything here is unclear, email hello@rdinternational.in and we will answer plainly.
What we collect
Account information. When you sign in through Telegram we receive your Telegram user ID, first name, and username if you have one. We do not receive your phone number or password.
Business data you enter. The details you give us so the product can do its job: your business name and address, tax registration numbers, customers, items and rates, and the invoices and documents generated from them.
Message content. What you type to the assistant, so it can work out what you meant and carry out the task.
Technical data. Basic server logs — IP address, browser type, timestamps and error traces — kept for security and debugging.
We do not collect payment card numbers. If paid plans launch, payment is handled by a third-party processor and card details never reach our servers.
How we use it
- To run the product: generating your documents, keeping your records, delivering files to you.
- To improve reliability — diagnosing errors and preventing abuse.
- To contact you about your account or a material change to the service.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your business data or your messages to train AI models.
AI processing
To understand your instructions, the text you send is processed by third-party AI model providers. Only the content needed for the task is sent. These providers act as our processors and are contractually restricted from using that content to train their models. If you would rather not have your text processed this way, the product cannot function, and you should not use it.
Where your data is held
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by our hosting providers, which may be located outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.
How long we keep it
Your business records are kept for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we must retain something to comply with a legal obligation. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Document links
Generated documents are reachable through unlisted links. They are not indexed by search engines, but anyone holding a link can open it — treat them as you would any link to a private file.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to certain processing, or to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email hello@rdinternational.in. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
Children
Manager 24 is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We use encryption in transit, restrict internal access, and follow reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the product.
